- How quickly do you deliver?
That depends on the voice you choose and your deadline. After you book, you will see the estimated delivery in your order. Many projects are ready within a few working days.
- Are revisions included?
Revisions are free only when the voice actor made a mistake, such as a wrong word or pronunciation that does not match your script or brief. Script changes or new wishes after approval are not a revision: we quote those separately.
- Can my company pay by invoice?
Yes. After checkout you receive an invoice; business accounts can use Peppol e-invoicing. You see your rate before you pay on the pricing page.
