Request submitted, and they review the text themselves, making minor adjustments where necessary. If there's a small detail in the audio that the client has an issue with, they resolve it very quickly and produce new audio on the same day. Highly recommended, and we now have a very professional answering machine. Top! I was helped and recorded by Johfrah.
