Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions about booking, rates and delivery at Voices.
What does having a phone greeting recorded involve in practice?
- We provide telephony context with example texts, the full telephony journey, and voices for IVR, voicemail, and menus.
How much do telephony voice-overs cost?
- Use the calculator on this page, which includes the telephony journey. You get the price before you record the final text.
Do you provide example scripts?
- Yes, you will find telephony intent sections and script strips on this page, along with a link to example texts.
Are revisions included?
- Revisions are free only when the voice actor made a mistake, such as a wrong word or pronunciation that does not match your script or brief. Script changes or new wishes after approval are not a revision: we quote those separately.
Can my company pay by invoice?
- Yes. After checkout you receive an invoice; business accounts can use Peppol e-invoicing. You see your rate before you pay on the pricing page.

How much does a voice-over cost?
We use fixed rates for each type of project. For telephony and organic voice-over projects, we calculate the price based on text length. For commercials, we calculate the rate based on the session fee, plus usage rights for a specific duration (online, TV, radio).
