Locally, you primarily reach one city or region through local stations. Regionally covers multiple regions or a regional network. Nationally covers the entire country and has the widest reach. With Voices, you pay an all-inclusive rate for local and regional radio and TV commercials: one fixed rate per commercial. National commercials and online spots work with a recording fee (BSF) plus a buy-out per medium. Choose your reach in the calculator, and you will immediately see the correct pricing model.

On this page, you calculate the voice-over and broadcast rights for your commercial. A fully finished radio commercial with music, mixing, and sound design falls outside this scope. That is custom work. We will discuss your script, music choice, and desired sound in a short video call. This way, you will receive a clear, custom quote.

For telephony, corporate video, and e-learning, we calculate based on your script length. For corporate video and e-learning, the first 200 words are included in the basic rate. For 202 words, you only pay per extra word. There is no jump to a higher block. For commercials, the medium, reach, and buy-out are factored in. Telephony starts from excluding VAT. Revisions are only free when the voice actor makes a mistake, for example, a wrong word or a pronunciation that does not match your script or brief. If you want to adjust your script or submit new requests afterwards, that is not a revision: we will create a separate proposal for that.

No. The amount in the calculator is what you pay for the chosen recording and selected usage rights. You explicitly choose optional extras, such as hold music, at the checkout.

The guide prices on this page are net (excluding VAT), as stated in our general terms and conditions. In the calculator and checkout, you will see the exact total before you pay: VAT is shown separately or included, depending on your situation (for example, a valid VAT number for businesses within the EU). This way, you always know what you are paying.

The basic rate for telephony is the same for all voices and starts from excluding VAT. The price increases with your word count. Optional hold music costs +€59. You receive upload-ready material: 3 WAV formats plus separate files per message. Calculate your exact rate in the calculator.

For each voice, your buy-out is calculated by multiplying the number of commercials by the duration (podcast per 3 months). Regional and local radio and TV commercials are all-inclusive. For national online, podcast, radio, and TV commercials, you pay a one-off BSF per campaign, plus the buy-out per medium.

Our voice actors usually do not allow an unlimited buy-out. If you grant unlimited usage rights, the voice actor cannot later record for another client in the same sector. For example: with unlimited rights for a car brand, that voice can never work for another car brand. That is why you buy out the rights annually for the period the commercial is actively broadcast. Some voice actors do conclude exclusivity contracts per project. You arrange this per actor and per project.
