Voice over briefing
From search to audio in three steps: pick a voice, see the rate, book.
We'll take care of this for you
Unclear rights of use
With many agencies, the costs for broadcasting rights only come to light after the fact. On Voices, you can see the buy-out fee for each medium before you book.
The wrong tone
A voice that doesn’t suit your brand misses the mark. You can compare demos and choose the voice that’s right for your target audience.
Tight deadlines
The publication date is approaching and the audio is still missing. We usually deliver most recordings within one working day.
What you’ll use this for
Advertisements
Radio, TV and online adverts featuring a voice that sells your message.
Corporate film and explanation
Corporate videos, e-learning and internal communications with a clear voice.
Telephony and IVR
Menu options, queue and greeting, all in a single, recognisable brand voice.
Buy-out and usage rights
A buy-out licence grants the right to use the track per medium and period. You can view the buy-out details before you book, so you know where you’re allowed to play the audio and how much it costs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions about booking, rates and delivery at Voices.
How does voice-over briefing work at Voices?
- Three steps: choose a voice, check the rate using the calculator on this page, then book online.
Do I need to request a quote?
- It is not standard. You can self-serve. You see the demo and price before checkout.
Which process suits your needs?
- This page focuses on voice-over briefing. You find voices via the Flemish Voice-over page.
Are revisions included?
- Revisions are free only when the voice actor made a mistake, such as a wrong word or pronunciation that does not match your script or brief. Script changes or new wishes after approval are not a revision: we quote those separately.
Can my company pay by invoice?
- Yes. After checkout you receive an invoice; business accounts can use Peppol e-invoicing. You see your rate before you pay on the pricing page.

Flemish voice-over services
How much does a voice-over cost?
We use fixed rates for each type of project. For telephony and organic voice-over projects, we calculate the price based on text length. For commercials, we calculate the rate based on the session fee, plus usage rights for a specific duration (online, TV, radio).
