A message that plays when you do not answer outside of opening hours, with a next step for the caller.

IVR selection menu with options ("press 1", "press 2"). Helps callers reach the correct service more quickly.

Educational audio content: course modules, instructional videos, training. Often long texts. That is why we charge per word or per finished hour of audio instead of a standard BSF.

E-learning usually falls under corporate (non-broadcast). For public learning environments, a buy-out may be required.

Telephony

Voice-overs for telephone menus, messages on hold, and voicemails. We charge per prompt (one short message) or per word, depending on the scope.

For larger telephony projects (multi-level IVR, multilingual, holiday and public holiday messages), we provide a package price.

Buy-out

A Buy-out is the fee you pay for the right to use a voice recording for a specific period and a specific medium (e.g. Radio, TV or Online).

How does it work at Voices.be?

For our telephony messages, we use a unique model:

Unlimited use: For telephony, you pay a one-off fee and may continue to use the recording on your exchange indefinitely.
Transparency: No complicated annual renewals for your voicemail.

For commercials (Radio/TV), the buy-out depends on the reach and duration. Our price calculator calculates this for you immediately, so you are never faced with surprises.

IVR

An IVR (Interactive Voice Response) is an automated telephone system that allows callers to make choices in a menu via their keypad or voice.

Why is a good IVR voice important?

An IVR is often a customer's first point of contact with your company. A warm, professional voice in your menu ensures:

Reduced frustration: Clear instructions help callers reach the right department faster.
Professional image: Instead of a robotic standard voice, you project authority and friendliness.
Efficiency: Your team is only connected with relevant enquiries.

At Voices.be, we ensure your IVR scripts are not only technically perfect (8kHz), but also sound human and inviting.
