Jeroen offers live direction / dial-in via Zoom when this option is available in the flow. Live direction is not a platform standard for every artist: it only appears when offered by this specific actor.

One retake for tone-of-voice is usually included. Subsequent script changes or new texts are subject to additional charges. Please keep your briefing as specific as possible to avoid extra rounds.
Standard delivery is professional quality: usually uncompressed WAV (e.g. 48 kHz), suitable for editing. If you require a different format, please mention this in your briefing so we can accommodate it where possible.
