Studio quality, ready for your system and mobile voicemail when you are on location

Trusted by brands and agencies

On a shoot day, your phone is often on silent. In the editing suite, you prefer to work uninterrupted. Yet, calls still come in during these hours: a new client with an enquiry, an ongoing project needing an update, or a supplier who needs to coordinate something. A clearly recorded selection menu or voicemail professionally handles these moments. You will not have to leave your camera or editing desk.

We record your selection menu, voicemail, and on-hold message with a voice that sounds smooth and professional. It fits a production house used to high-quality audio and visuals. You get a clean studio recording that works instantly on your system or smartphone, plus example texts for you to complete. This keeps your company reachable, even when no one is in the office.

Why a good phone menu gives a production company peace of mind

Manage calls during shooting days

While your team is filming on location, a calm message handles the call without anyone having to interrupt the recording.

Route new enquiries separately

A new client with a project enquiry shouldn't be on the same line as an ongoing production. The menu routes each call straight to the right producer.

Protect editing hours

You do not want constant interruptions during editing. A clear voicemail gives your caller an alternative without breaking your flow.

How to set up your production company's telephony in three steps

Start with the right tone
The first message welcomes the caller with a smooth, professional tone. It is followed by a brief selection.
Separate new and ongoing
New enquiries and ongoing projects each get their own option, so the right producer knows what the call is about straight away.
Add your filming day and editing messages
For a day on location or an intensive editing period, we record a separate message. If the schedule changes, we record it again separately, using the same voice.

Frequently asked questions about telephony for a video production company

How do I handle calls during a shoot day?

You can use a calm voicemail. It explains that your team is filming on location. It asks the caller to leave their details. This way, no one misses a call while the recording session continues.

Can I keep new enquiries separate from ongoing productions?

Yes. New enquiries and ongoing projects each get their own menu option, so every call goes straight to the correct producer.

Can the menu be multilingual?

Absolutely. We work with voice actors for Dutch, French, and English, and we also record multilingual menus. This is useful for productions with international clients.

Does the recording work with my system?

We deliver .wav and .mp3 files. We match the format, sample rate, and volume to your system. Tell us which PBX or mobile voicemail you use, and you will get a file that works straight away.

Wat als mijn planning of openingsuren wijzigen?

Updates are always possible. We re-record a customised shooting day message, new opening hours or a temporary closure separately, with the same voice and style.

Do the voice actors pronounce our company name correctly?

Yes. If your company has a unique or English name, please provide the phonetic pronunciation with your order. This ensures it sounds correct straight away.

Can I add hold music?

Want hold music? Pick a royalty-free track from our library or skip it. Any surcharge shows in your total right away.

Ready to keep your production house accessible even on a shooting day?

You provide the text or start with an example. We deliver a studio recording in the correct format for your PBX.
